when i'm in a fullscreen app and my cursor is visible occasional a duplicate of my cursor will appear in the top left of the window. the conditions aren't very reliable but that's the most consistent factors. sometimes instead of the cursor it just shows a bunch of artifacting but i know it's related to the cursor being visible. the duplicate cursor/artifacting isn't visible in screenshots or pipewire streams.
i have a radeon rx 6950 xt on mesa 25.1.5 and vulkan-radeon 25.1.5
i've found similar reports on the mesa git but they have been closed
after turning fractional scaling from 150% back to 100% this seems to stop happening but i need fractional scaling to use my computer and this may be a fluke
