@ada yeah i'm ok with using xwayland-satellite but in my experience it is quite unstable and it's very easy for one x app to take every other x app with it

ik some of it isn't the fault of niri but i shouldn't have to use gamescope to run a game properly (gamescope also has its own unique jank)

half the reason i stopped using tiling wm and moved back to kde is there is not really any full alternative to waybar and waybar crashes frquently for me on both devices
the other half is the gaming experience still kinda sucks outside of kde

what i mean is shimloader is the fork of ue4ss that thunderstore made to improve support for mod managers like r2modman

i tried looking into votv modding out of curiosity but i cannot get ue4ss or unreal-shimloader (thunderstore's fork) working AT ALL
ue4ss crashes my game instantly
shimloader doesn't load

@blueb oh one of my friend's accounts got compromised and posted one of those but for andrew tate or something (i don't think he fell for the scam it was probably another related virus)
