@cyrus i've looked through shrimp code and it can handle federation fine if the unixtime node was converted to a string representation of the date in the ASNote.Content
but i don't know if that's the case for misskey and sharkey and i do not want to break federation with them

@cyrus that's how it works in shrimp fe but I don't think we can do that in federation without breaking it for servers with mfm
maybe I'm wrong

real fediverse creature in the middle attack
1. user creates a public post for their followers to see
2. creature who is not following sees public post on the public timeline (this is like being in the middle of the poster and the follower)
3. follower doesn't see the post because their server clock is 37 seconds behind and federation fails
