i would be very surprised if hla runs well standalone on frame
i'm not saying it's not gonna run but i doubt it would be a good experience

(idk how good snapdragon 8 gen 3 actually is but that game is pretty high fidelity)

for reference the developer of blade and sorcery has said that frame cannot run the pcvr version of their game standalone
