the variable corner radius thing is probably to be tweaked to fit with how material really does it, i kind of made my own way of doing it that was easy to apply to whatever element i needed it on. but i didnt check what the actual usual radii they use are
oh i also never mentioned this but the media attachment posting pr also adds this cool thing to the compose view where the post button transforms into a circular progress bar to show you the progress of a post by task. so if you have 12 attachments it goes one by one and you can see where its at there.
miiight make posting a background task with a tooltip or status bar at the top showing progress and if it fails or something like mona does in the future, but for now i think this is a pretty good implementation (minus uploading media being broken (on everything but is.js) in that pr right now lol, but the visual thing isn't broken as far as i know)
