the real change throughout my life has been watching burned-in subtitles on youtube videos get shorter and shorter. the other day i was watching a vtuber clip and every subtitle line that bounced in with it's fancy animation was one single entire word. it changed like three times a second. how does anyone watch this stuff it's so distracting
