@tournesol it would be good to at least make sure there's no more hard coded english but there's a lot to go through and categorize and deduplicate

@tournesol i'm not particularly bothered if it's separate or not
but it does make reviewing the actual code changes a little more tedious because you need to comb through and find them
i've already done that part though so
