why does gtk 3 specifically have the worst window decorations (when you're not using gnome)
i know this is flutter but that uses gtk 3 and csds
also ignore my funny system theme
stock flutter application with both a massive material 3 header bar and the gtk 3 csd which is just as large, taking up a significant amount of screen space

i could get the csds being this big when there are custom buttons in it sure but when it's empty? and then flutter makes it worse with it's header bar

i'm assuming ubuntu gets around this being so bad by not having the other header bar
