i always wanted to have something like my own google with a bunch of services, and have a homepage with a similar design language, and i just realized i could just do that!!! lowkey wanna host a searx instance or something just so i can have the search bar..
the new 619.hu homepage, with a list of services at the top, the 619 that spins when you hover on it big in the middle, and a footer with about/status/contact/privacy & terms links. it is incredibly reminiscent of the old google homepage

main problem is all these services are entirely distinct, im not sure how to let you use one account across all of them yet. something something openid provider? forgejo and synapse definitely support it, firefish definitely doesn't, im not sure about shrimpnet, cryptpad, or ntfy but they probably do not either. i'd also have to somehow implement it in bbycll..
