@pancakes KDE window rules with focus stealing prevention set to extreme just for steam will at least keep it from stealing focus

@niko @pancakes ive set it to the one below the max to avoid the win key popup or sudo pw popul not being on top but it prevents steam from opening 20 windows on top of everything its great

oh cool it randomly crashed and took discord with it (maybe crashed gnome's xwayland idk)
