rocm itself may or may not be working but opencl does not work which is unfortunately what i need for anything actually useful

if rusticl doesn't crash after like 20 mins of use i am wiping all of rocm off my system the only thing i do that needs Actual Rocm is asking qwen3 if i can turn myself green and i wont be losing too much if i lose access to that
