helix editor is nice actually i never fully learnt vim bindings tbh but i think this might be easier to learn and the bindings i do know are transferable
@pancakes yeah it's cozy. i especially like the space + ? keybind to see a list of all commands, with their keybinds, so if you know something exists but you can't remember what buttons to press, it's easy enough to figure out.
i could never remember a bunch of useful vim stuff, but it was also annoying enough to search that i just didn't bother
