@eblu i don't know why you're comparing the ui of mastodon and zulip zulip works really well for what i use it for but i don't think it is or needs to be a discord replacement
@eblu they are completely different types of software though also zulip isn't meant to be used the same as discord. it's entirely focused around creating threads for individual topics and while discord has threads i don't think they're really used much. as kali said i think zulip is really great for a support chat for a project as every issue can be its own thread in a "support" channel
