@puppygirlhornypost2 I remember that discourse being particularly big on YouTube and Reddit (glad I left that site). looking back at it it's absurd how hard people were arguing for continuing to call the main branch "master" and it spread to other stuff like process naming where the same term was used occasionally along with a related term for subprocesses
