@esm lol most games over the years taking advantage of something like NVIDIA PhysX etc get that feel. I thought I was the only one

@hipsterelectron @esm yeah also idk why companies continue falling for this shit because it’s literally a gimmick (oh right I forgot triple A games are also a gimmick without long term updates after their completion it makes sense they don’t care about people playing it 10 years down the line)

@hipsterelectron @esm ugh. It genuinely pisses me off how nvidia will come out with a feature like PhysX and then just deprecate it entirely never talk about it again and you lose everything that was developed for it. I mean this happened with the Kinect which sucked balls

@hipsterelectron @esm @kopper yeah no genuinely it’s pissing me off how my older gpus can’t handle things like wayland bc nvidia decided "no fuck you drops driver support for quadro K2100M" and I have these gpus that are otherwise okay but cannot be used with modern drivers and kinda finicky.
