Also- migrating fedi software in place on an instance is going to break fucking everything because of differences in URIs

Unless you have some unicorn fedi software that accounts for being migrated to from other software... The only thing even remotely within the realm of possibility is to migrate between forks and/or successors (IE IS.js -> IS.net)

I've thought long and hard about what it would require to make this happen for Aurora down the line, and I've come to the conclusion that it is just not worth the effort.

@julia allow for migrations and imports of following and notes (but you've gotta be careful with that)

@julia i'd like to see note imports become more common but you need to be careful with mentions, replies, quotes, and visibility
