PerfectSpotify hasn’t been updated in 2 years but the one thing I care about in it still works

Getting rid of the damn gradient in the now playing UI and making it a flat color
Spotify now playing UI. The song playing is Day two by Lemaitre. There’s a solid flat pink background to match the album art instead of Spotify’s normal gradient of pink at top but fades to black at the bottom.

I should clarify that I don't completely hate gradients in UI design. It's just really really really hard to make them not look awful.

The one in spotify looks awful

@pancakes its just a flat gradient straight from top to bottom and I think it looks really ugly.

Especially when plexamp does gradients for album art so well
Spotify on my phone with the pink gradient that goes to black at the bottom of the screen.
Plexamp on my phone that picks various colors from the album art and blends them at various points across the screen
