this note edit bug is gonna be the death of me
i can think of hacky fixes but that doesn't solve the problem, i wanna figure out what's actually going on here
so difficult to reproduce it though
idk it genuinely might help if people reply here and edit their responses after i interact

@kett yeah it's really unfortunate for us
the entire ecosystem is getting like that too
it's really frustrating because it is otherwise a fantastic language, runtime, and set of libraries
unfortunately a lot of other langs/libs/frameworks are going that way too (kotlin is the first that comes to mind)
