@eblu they are completely different types of software though
also zulip isn't meant to be used the same as discord. it's entirely focused around creating threads for individual topics and while discord has threads i don't think they're really used much. as kali said i think zulip is really great for a support chat for a project as every issue can be its own thread in a "support" channel

zulip works really well for what i use it for but i don't think it is or needs to be a discord replacement

this specific PR has been merged. I've seen some other error messages reported from the issue above but as far as my testing goes and my own personal devices and ash's devices go it seems to fix it. worst case scenario try reloading the fe a few times (try Ctrl+Shift+R or fully closing it if using PWA). another solution is to unregister the service worker if you know how to do that for your browser. more changes are being done to make fixing these crashes easier
