a lot of systems were rewritten in c# and if i remember correctly it (optionally) uses razor components for UI

@gamer i haven't been particularly successful but unless you know dart for some reason i'd look at jetpack compose or kotlin multiplatform (which incorporates jetpack compose)
afaik most android dev is in java or kotlin although other languages can be used with a lot more work
