@eris with the release of Plasma 6 I'm much more comfortable recommending it to windows users but it still has some usability issues that should be fixed in 6.1. I like gnome I just don't know if I could recommend it to people who have only used windows unless they're open to a very different workflow.

when I was adding mfm support to my front end I copied the code for inline-code from code-block and made a small adjustment. I didn't realise they store the text differently and any time inline code would be in a note the timeline would not render until refreshed. fixed now :3

@ellie I actually don't know if Sharkey favorites even are favorites because I can see peoples' default reacts and they don't show up under favorites

@ellie I very much agree with what you're saying but as far as I'm aware (someone correct me if I'm wrong) this is specifically a Sharkey thing. on firefish/iceshrimp the default reaction is how favorites appear to users on your instance. on Sharkey the default reaction is sent alongside favorites. I don't think Misskey even has a favorite button?
