@foone result is mainly for things that can fail while option is for stuff that could be null. none is a unit type while some, ok and err can contain any type

@zvava @asahi pretty sure they scrubbed their fedi presence as well. i don't know what changed but it really feels like firefish was a failed grift. I don't mean the version with the new maintainers though to be clear and I'm also not blaming people who contributed to or promoted it
