@lily @CenTdemeern1 XFCE and cinnamon are working on Wayland but you're right at the moment
wlroots is good but in general it's behind in terms of protocol and portal support and it's very tiling focused

@thememesniper oh my bad ext-image-capture-source-v1 and ext-image-copy-capture-v1 are protocols not portals but I think wlr portals needs to change things to support them
adding support is an open mr in wlroots
