I'm purely just putting ideas out here, not promising anything
I'd really like to support both misskey and masto note import in shrimp
I think for link rot and security reasons I'd be really strict about what is imported and what is skipped though
it would probably be public and unlisted only, no replies, mentions would probably be surrounded by plain nodes so that nobody is re-mentioned
