i want to be active here do not get me wrong i have no real issues with this platform surprisingly (well there are some but they don't affect my ability or want to use it too much) i'm just doing other things
oh also most of my time spent on fedi was while waiting for or on public transport and i am now leaving the house less than half what i was last year sooo
i'm hardly ever active on bluesky but i found out i could use custom domains on my fedi bridged account (pancakes.meow.company) so its username doesn't look atrocious any more (pancakes.shrimp.meow.company.ap.brid.gy)
is the process name/id that an amdgpu driver crash reports in journal the culprit generally? if so how is having pavucontrol open in the background crashing my gpu drivers?
i know it's probably not entirely in the spirit but i wish arch auto setup xdg base dir or at least that the wiki didn't just point you at the whole page for env vars and say have fun anyways using ~/.config/environment.d/*.conf seems good enough for what i need i only have one desktop user and i can keep it in my dotfiles for future usage
i've found that wivrn + xrizer + wayvr is more stable than steamvr link for my use case which worries me a little bit i basically can't use wireless streaming though
