for those out of the loop it greatly (imo) improves the combat (it's still ATB but it's much nicer)
it has a new soundtrack by Toby Fox (Undertale/Deltarune), Morusque (Stray), and Nightmargin (OneShot)
it also has some polish to the graphics without changing the art style

political and very negative @starlight happy? sure. but i have no reason to be proud to live or be born in australia. personally i feel that australia's cultural identity is fairly weak besides the stereotypes that mainly come from america and that some choose to adopt to varying extents. i am definitely not proud of the bloody history of australia and i find it disgusting that people think it's in the past so there's nothing left to do and still hold racist beliefs and attitudes towards first nations people.

mfm is kind of nightmarish and there's no standard for how it should look except the syntax and i keep running into edge cases and slight differences from misskey

i switched over to migadu because they seem reasonable and have caldav/cardav (i should set it up)
i just wish there was something better than nextcloud so i just sync some things with syncthing and don't do anything else

had the idea of hard forking iceshrimp-js and turning it into a standalone fe but then i'd also need to port it to mastodon api or iceshrimp api and that sounds awful
i hate that codebase
