im not gonna act like beta is the best thing ever, i really like a lot of modern features
but this is why something like BTA interests me far more than matcha flavored
i can take the game at a slower pace and not feel stressed about progression
i really want to play it with my friends
i could not begin to guess how much time i have in minecraft and it's impossible to know for sure
i played classic, i played the fuck out of PE and xbox 360, i've owned and frequently played java edition since release 1.2
and outside of what ive played myself, ive been watching videos since mid-late alpha i think

honestly i think ive played minecraft so much that getting to the enchanting part of progression is like crashing into a brick wall in terms of motivation
if you actually care about your enchantments a mob grinder is pretty much required. then you get stuck in a loop of grinding to level 30+, enchant, disenchant, repeat (sometimes for literal hours)
for example once i have enough diamonds for a pick it feels like i shouldnt mine any more diamonds until i get fortune 3 otherwise it's a waste
